7. Grapefruit

Grapefruit is known for its sweet and sour taste. 100g of grapefruit provides 10.4g of carbs and 1.5g fibre. Grapefruit is also an excellent source of vitamin A. Eating grapefruit regularly may be beneficial for your immune system
